We are SO excited for the Big Ridge Raiders 2026 season! The Raiders are heading to Cleveland on Monday to take on the Waterdogs, and we can’t wait to kick off another amazing season together! 🎉

First and foremost — THANK YOU. Our team could not run successful home meets or support our swimmers at away meets without our incredible volunteers. Your time, effort, and support mean everything to this program! 🙌

✨ NEW THIS SEASON ✨

We’ve updated our volunteer sign-up process to make things simpler and easier for everyone!

During registration, parents selected volunteer preferences, and roles have now been assigned based on those selections.

✅ Each volunteer shift/job now has a point value

✅ Families earn rewards for volunteering

✅ Volunteer points will count toward incentives for NEXT season!

In the SwimTopia app or website:

➡️ Go to “Events/Meets”

➡️ Find the meet

➡️ Select “Job Sign Up”

There you’ll see all available volunteer opportunities and shifts!

💡 A few important notes:

Even if you’ve been assigned a specific role, you may still be able to sign up for additional jobs like concessions, timers, wranglers, etc.

And if you DO NOT currently have an assigned role — you can still volunteer and sign up for open slots! ❤️
